This policy explains what In Solve Fix Too collects when you use insolvefixtoo.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. In Solve Fix Too is a handyman business based in Apopka, Florida, serving Orlando and Central Florida.
What we collect
There are exactly two ways this site collects anything about you.
- The quote form. When you submit it, we receive your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, the type of job, how urgent it is, whether you own the home, and any description you write. You choose what to put in that box.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and services people look at. It records things like the pages you view, roughly where you are (city level), your device and browser, and how you arrived. It also records when someone clicks the phone number, the WhatsApp link, or the email address, because those clicks are how we know the site is working. We do not use it to identify you personally.
We do not run advertising pixels, we do not operate accounts or logins, and we do not knowingly collect anything from children under 13.
How the form reaches us
The quote form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form service, which forwards the submission to info@insolvefixtoo.com. Your message passes through their systems on the way to our inbox and is subject to their handling in transit.
What we do with it
- Reply to you and prepare an estimate.
- Schedule and carry out work you approve.
- Keep a record of the job for warranty purposes.
- Understand which services and areas people are looking for.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with a sub-contractor when a job you approved requires one, and only what that person needs to show up and do the work.
Calls, texts, and email
Submitting the form means you agree we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or ask us in writing at info@insolvefixtoo.com. We do not run mass marketing campaigns.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not turn into work are kept for up to 12 months. Records for completed jobs are kept for up to 4 years, which covers the warranty period and normal business record-keeping. Analytics data follows Google's own retention settings.
Your choices
- Email info@insolvefixtoo.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days.
- Block analytics with a browser setting, an ad blocker, or Google's opt-out add-on. The site works normally without it.
- Simply not submitting the form. Calling us leaves nothing on this site.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive details through the form. We will never ask for them there.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
