    These terms apply to the insolvefixtoo.com website and to handyman work performed by In Solve Fix Too, an owner-operated business based in Apopka, Florida. Using the site or booking work means you accept them.

    Estimates and pricing

    • Estimates are free and carry no obligation. If a small repair carries a trip fee, we tell you before booking, and it comes off the final bill if you proceed.
    • Prices published on this site are starting prices, not fixed quotes. Final cost depends on scope, access, materials, and what we find once work begins.
    • The price you approve in writing is the price you pay for that scope. If we discover something that changes the scope, we stop and tell you before doing the extra work.
    • Labor starts at $75 per hour with a one-hour minimum.

    Scheduling

    We work Monday through Saturday, 8am to 7pm. Appointment windows are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, an earlier job running long, or supply problems can move a visit, and we will tell you as early as we can. Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule so the slot can go to someone else.

    What we do and do not perform

    In Solve Fix Too performs handyman and home repair work. It is not a licensed Florida general contractor. Work that requires a state contractor license, a licensed electrician, or a licensed plumber is identified during the estimate and either coordinated with a licensed sub-contractor or declined. We will not perform work we are not qualified or permitted to perform, whatever the circumstances.

    Permits, HOA approvals, and association rules are the property owner's responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

    Your responsibilities

    • Provide safe access to the work area at the scheduled time.
    • Move or protect valuables, pets, and anything fragile near the work area before we arrive.
    • Tell us about known hazards: previous water damage, suspected mold, asbestos or lead in older finishes, unpermitted prior work, or wiring and plumbing that does not run where you would expect.
    • Confirm you are the homeowner or are authorized by the owner to approve the work.

    Warranty

    • Standard jobs include a 90-day warranty on our labor.
    • Premium packages include up to a 1-year labor warranty.
    • Materials and fixtures carry the manufacturer's warranty, not ours. We will help you make a claim.
    • The labor warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from later work by others, misuse, storm or flood damage, or failures caused by an underlying condition we flagged and you chose not to address.
    • To make a claim, contact us at info@insolvefixtoo.com or (786) 560-1302 within the warranty period and give us a reasonable chance to inspect and correct the work.

    Payment

    Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo. Larger projects may require a deposit toward materials, which will be stated in the estimate.

    Limits

    Except where Florida law does not allow it to be limited, our total liability for any claim connected to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost income or loss of use.

    Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Orange County, Florida.

    Changes

    We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page reflects the current version, and the version in effect when you booked is the one that applies to that job.
